Lisa P. Todd CPA

Lisa has over 25 years of experience specializing in benefit plan audits and serves as the National Practice Leader of the Employee Benefit Plan Practice for Moss Adams. Related responsibilities include assisting with firm wide benefit plan education and quality control. Lisa is involved with audits of defined benefit, defined contribution, stock purchase plans, and health and welfare plans annually. Lisa has actively pursued additional training and specific industry knowledge to gain a greater understanding of the complexities of retirement plans in areas of audit and accounting by attending national conferences and webinars hosted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Department of Labor. Client service responsibilities include timely completion of the audit, communication regarding accounting, regulatory and internal control issues, and review of audited financial statements. Lisa has been awarded a 2008 40 Under Forty Award from New Mexico Business Weekly and was selected as a 2012 Working Mother of the Year in Working Mother magazine. She is the past Chairman of the New Mexico Society of CPAs and as the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National MPS Society. Lisa holds Bachelors in Accounting from New Mexico State University (NMSU). She currently serves on the NMSU Accounting and Advisory Board.
