Jamie Wohlert has worked in the SEC's Division of Enforcement since 2014. She previously spent a decade working as a forensic accountant at a global consulting firm. Mrs. Wohlert has spent her career investigating allegations of accounting and disclosure improprieties on topics that include stock-based compensation, fair value measurements, software revenue recognition, the percentage of completion method of revenue recognition, contingent liabilities, impairment, and segment reporting.
Mrs. Wohlert is a certified public accountant, is certified in financial forensics, and holds a commerce degree from the McIntire School at the University of Virginia.
