Peter Rosario CPA

Peter Rosario has worked at the SEC’s Division of Enforcement since 2003. His current role is that of Supervisory Enforcement Accountant, where he manages a team of Enforcement Accountants with a focus on financial reporting fraud. He has worked on several of the SEC’s high profile accounting fraud investigations relating to revenue recognition and accounting for financial assets. Prior to joining the SEC he was a senior manager at a Big Four accounting firm working in offices in the United States and in Europe. Mr. Rosario has also been the CFO of several private venture capital funded companies and worked for several years as an instructor in accounting in an international MBA program.

Mr. Rosario is a certified public accountant (inactive), and holds an MBA degree from George Washington University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of New Jersey.
