Heather Rosenberger is the Chief Accountant for the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. As Chief Accountant, she oversees financial reporting policies and practices in the Division.
Prior to joining the Securities and Exchange Commission, Ms. Rosenberger was a Managing Director in EY’s National Office in the SEC Regulatory Matters group. During her 25-year career at EY, she held numerous technical and leadership positions, including serving in EY’s Americas Assurance Quality Network focusing on key initiatives that proactively address risk and elevate audit quality. Ms. Rosenberger began her career at EY in the audit practice, where she also served as member of Regional Professional Practice concentrating on a wide range of accounting, reporting and auditing topics.
Ms. Rosenberger is a graduate of the University of Virginia, and she is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
