Paula Hamric CPA

Paula is a Professional Practice Principal in BDO's SEC Services Practice and serves as Vice Chair of the Center for Audit Quality's SEC Regulations Committee. Paula works extensively with engagement teams and the firm's publicly traded clients in connection with IPOs, business combinations, equity financings, and other transactions. She reviews registration statements and periodic filings for compliance with GAAP and SEC requirements. In addition, she writes publications and frequently speaks at technical training courses on SEC developments and related subjects within BDO and for external audiences.
