Public Relations/Communications: Getting Your Message Across

Date
October 24, 2012

The Golden Gate Bridge recently celebrated its 75th Anniversary. The celebration was comprised of two complementary elements, a three day event attended by over 600,000 people culminating in a firework and light show and major structural and visitor improvements to the southern properties of the Bridge.
This multi-million dollar undertaking required enormous design, planning, construction, event management and fundraising/promotional activities, all performed within less than one year. Nicolas will discuss the general management and successful production of this project as well as how the Conservancy leverages its Annual Report to get its message across.
