Leanne Weinstein is the Director of Assurance Operations at Wiss. In this role, Leanne ensures that Wiss employees have a consistent and meaningful experience through value-driven client service, operational excellence, innovation, technology adoption and process optimization. She also acts as a key liaison between the Assurance department and other areas of the firm, fostering seamless communication and collaboration. 

Before joining Wiss, Leanne was the Director of Resource Management for a Top 20 accounting firm. In this role, she led resource planning, staffing, and work allocation for the Private Client Services Assurance group as well as the broader global Tax practice. During her tenure, Leanne has held several people-centric roles, which included equal parts Human Resources, Operations, and Resource Management. In these positions, she has successfully managed employee relations, streamlined operational processes, and optimized resource allocation. Her multifaceted experience has enabled her to understand and address the diverse needs of the workforce, ensuring a positive, fulfilling, and productive work environment.
