Her career spans executive leadership roles at high-growth technology  and Fortune 500 companies across fintech, professional services, digital media, and gaming, bringing deep expertise in operational excellence, strategic planning, and industry transformation. Previously, as VP of Operations at Xero, Ambra played a key role in the company’s North American market entry, helping transform the accounting profession through cloud and automation technologies. During this time, Xero was recognized as a Forbes Most Innovative fintech firms. Since joining Aprio in 2018, she has been instrumental in shaping the firm's future-focused evolution and remarkable growth. ​
