Jake Thorkildsen

Jake Thorkildsen is CRA's Chief Financial & Operating Officer. He first joined CRA in 2014 on the acquisitions team and has served in various roles over the years. He came to CRA with several years of commercial real estate and finance experience from Berkadia and C-III Capital Partners. He is involved in multiple operational areas including finance, accounting, partnership structuring, investor relations, research, acquisitions, due diligence, asset management, IT, and other business operations.
Jake graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX in 2008. He has a passion for the outdoors, including soccer and "just about anything on two wheels". He and his family currently reside in the Denver area.
