Merritt Poole

As Senior Managing Director - Chief Financial Officer, Merritt Poole is responsible for leading all aspects of Core Spaces' Accounting & Finance department including the financial planning & analysis, accounting, tax, accounts payable, and treasury functions.

Merritt joined Core Spaces in July 2023 as the Head of FP&A and quickly excelled in enhancing the accuracy of projections, building strategic partnerships, and developing analysis and reporting across Core.

She is a proven leader bringing over 15 years of diversified real estate experience from companies such as Inventrust Properties, Global Logistics Properties (GLP), Cushman & Wakefield, and Revantage, a Blackstone Portfolio Company. At GLP, she played a pivotal role within the finance team, working through the largest private real estate transaction globally of $19B to Blackstone.

Merritt earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, and Liberal Arts from William Jewell College, where she also studied abroad at Oxford University as part of the Oxford Overseas Honor Program. She subsequently received her MBA from Dominican University with an emphasis in Accounting. Merritt also received her CPA.
