Gordon Flammer

Gordon Flammer has dedicated his entire professional career to working with financial institutions. From 2000 to 2016, he helped over 100 financial institutions find, implement, and develop software solutions tailored to critical business objectives such as employee management, operational improvement, and data activation.

Frustrated with the lack of comprehensive software solutions that could address the diverse needs of financial institutions, Gordon founded Datava in 2016. His vision for Datava was to create a complete data activation platform that supports clients through every step of their data journey. This includes data consolidation, curation, and cleansing, as well as generating metrics for various departments such as lending, finance, retail, call center, and operations. Additionally, Datava's platform facilitates actionable insights and automation.

Under Gordon's leadership, Datava currently partners with dozens of credit union clients on over 15 different types of mission-critical projects. These projects range from CRM and employee goal and incentive automation to marketing strategies, Low-income Designation tracking, and the recent development of a Call Report Automation tool. This innovative tool provides clean, clear mapping from the core, the GL, and off-book items to the 5300 report filing.
