Dennis Howell

Dennis is a partner in the Deloitte National Office Accounting Services Group and the Deloitte Life Sciences Deputy Industry Professional Practice Director. In his National Office role, Dennis leads the Accounting Consultation team in subject matters involving financial performance reporting, foreign currency, contingencies, and collaboration arrangements. In addition, Dennis is a National Office clearing partner in other subject matters involving revenue recognition and business combinations and is a frequent speaker at accounting and finance conferences. Dennis has worked extensively in addressing complex accounting matters with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission Office of the Chief Accountant and Division of Corporation Finance, as well as the Financial Accounting Standards Board.

Prior to his National Office and Industry Professional Practice roles, Dennis served attest clients in practice offices ranging in size from development stage technology start-ups to multi-national life science and manufacturing companies.
