Prior to the formation of DZH Phillips, Cecilia was with predecessor firms Wilson, McCall & Daoro and later joining Daoro Zydel & Holland. During this time, she had a 4 year hiatus and worked as a business manager of a private university in Richmond, California, before rejoining the firm in 2007. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an option in accounting from California State University, Hayward. Cecilia is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
