TE/GE strives to ensure that service and enforcement co-exist throughout all taxpayer interactions. Hear from Margaret Von Lienen, Director, Exempt Organizations/Government Entities in the Tax Exempt and Government Entities Division, about the priorities and achievements for TE/GE, including improving customer service, implementation of mandatory e-filing by exempt organizations, and how they protect the integrity of voluntary compliance by enforcing the tax laws fairly.
