Steve Schortgen is K&L Gates's Practice Group Coordinator for Intellectual Property Litigation. He has deep, first-chair experience in complex intellectual property litigation of all kinds: patent, outsroucing, copyright, trade secret and trademark. He writes and speaks frequently on intellectual property issues as they relate to software and technology clients. Because he has personally published commercial software, Mr. Schortgen has special insight into litigation issues in computer and computer-related industries.
