Robert Allen is the President of The Allen CPA Firm (founded in 2014), a full service CPA firm based in Houston specializing in assurance and advisory services. Robert started his career as an Auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Philadelphia. After PwC, Robert worked within the Audit Department of Halliburton and worked in the UK, China, and Canada. Robert serves as Treasurer and Board Member of Friends of Down Syndrome Academy, CSU-Global Advisory Board Member, AICPA-PLIP Committee Member, TXCPA-Houston Helping Schools Committee Member, and volunteered at an orphanage in Ghana. Robert was recognized as a 2019 TXCPA Rising Star, 2018 CPA Practice Advisor 40 under 40 honoree, and 2016 HMSDC Emerging-10 award recipient. Robert graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Florida with a BBA in Accounting and Logistics where he studied abroad in China, Japan, Argentina, Brazil, and India. Robert earned an MBA and MSIS from Mississippi State University.
