Matt is an Audit Partner in KPMG's Department of Professional Practice, assisting engagement teams and clients with complex accounting, financial reporting and audit issues. He currently serves as the KPMG leader in charge of the Consolidation and Equity Method and Income Tax Topic teams. He develops firm accounting positions and provides various trainings.
Previously, Matt was an audit engagement partner in our Metro New York Business Unit where he lead cross functional engagements in a variety of industries. His experience ranges from involvement in numerous acquisitions and debt/equity offerings, SEC filings and carve-out financial statements, to the successful coordination of large global audits for multi-national corporations. In addition, Matt previously served the Chief Accounting Officer & Treasurer at Univision Communications Inc.
