Linda M. Ryan CAE

Linda M. Ryan, CAE, is the Member Relations Manager at the PICPA. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing membership recruitment and retention at this 22,000-member state society. Linda has more than 20 years’ experience in association and non-profit management, having worked at international, statewide and regional organizations based in the Greater Philadelphia and metropolitan New York regions. Linda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Villanova University, and she earned the Certified Association Executive designation from the ASAE in 2013. Her key skills and professional interests include customer service and delight, membership management, coaching and team management, strategic planning, marketing and trendwatching.
