Linda Pappajohn is a Principal at Santora CPA Group in Newark, DE, and the Director of its HR Consulting Division niche. She has been with the firm for over 25 years. Responsible for developing and marketing the firm's HR consulting services niche, Linda provides consulting services to clients on a wide variety of HR matters. These include structuring pay and benefit programs, HR advice on all types of employee situations, employee handbooks, HR reviews, training, recruiting, and strategic planning. She was one of the founders of the nonprofit Girls on the Run Delaware, and currently serves as their Co-Chair and Treasurer. She is also a member of the HR Committee of the Delaware Contractors Association, and of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Originally from Maine, she received her Bachelors' degree with a major in accounting from Merrimack College in No. Andover, MA. Prior to moving to Delaware she was a business owner and the controller for a real estate management company in Boston. Linda was the National President of the Association of Accounting Administration and the recipient of CPA Services, Inc.'s Firm Administrator of the Year Award. She is a frequent speaker on a wide variety of HR matters for a number of state associations.
