Joe has spent his over fourteen year career advising multi-generational families, closely-held businesses and their owners, and high net worth individuals in both their income and transfer tax needs.

As an advisor, Joe supports his clients on a number of topics including, family office structuring, succession planning, post-mortem planning, and charitable/legacy gifting. Joe has extensive experience in the impact of pass-through investments on their owners, stock based compensation, and charitable contributions.

Joe regularly develops and delivers both internal and external presentations on recent developments on legislation, case law, and other guidance in the estate, gift, trust, and individual income tax arena.

Joe is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Science in Accountancy from Texas A&M University. He is a member in good standing of the AICPA.
