Joanne Cleaver is a strategic communication consultant and project manager who leads communication firm Wilson-Taylor Associates, Inc. She designed and manages the Accounting MOVE Project, the only independent research and advocacy project for diverse talent at CPA and advisory firms. She has over 30 years' experience as a journalist whose work has appeared in the Chicago Tribune, various Crain's publications, Good Housekeeping, Working Mother, Inc., the Los Angeles Times, and many others, and she was a deputy business editor for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
