Jeffrey Toporek

Jeff is a founding partner and a leader in the firm's investment and asset management platforms. He has an extensive background in principal investing, fund management, asset management, real estate investment banking, and capital markets. Jeff focuses his entrepreneurial energies on creating value from every angle of a transaction, including property operations, leasing, portfolio risk management, and capital markets execution. He is a recognized expert in managing complicated real estate investments and successfully structuring complex deals. With nearly 30 years of experience, Jeff has completed over $8 billion of acquisitions, direct sales, and financings. He has also managed four principal investment funds and three joint ventures through which he acquired and managed more than $1 billion of office, industrial, retail, and hospitality properties.

Jeff earned his B.A. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan. Jeff is married with three boys and an English Golden Retriever. He is an avid baseball coach with two of his sons playing college baseball.
