Jeffrey D. Shoaf is the Senior Executive Director of Government Affairs for the Associated General Contractors of America. He oversees the associations legislative and regulatory activities. He has been with AGC for more than 20 years. Prior to AGC he worked on the staff of the US House Transportation Committee.
