As the National Sales Director, Janet Kuzdzal, oversees a team of 8 Bankers and 3 relationship managers, managing a $4.5B loan portfolio and $450MM in deposit balances. The portfolio includes 40+ individual relationships ranging in revenue size from $500MM to over $3.0B. She reports directly to Michael Douglas, Dealer Services Executive for Chase Auto.
Janet has spent her entire career with JPMorgan Chase. Starting right out of college in 1992 as an Associate Auditor for the Internal Audit Group. Moving into the Auto Finance Department in 1995 where she held the positions of Commercial Underwriter and then Banker, prior to taking the Sales Director role. As a Banker, she grew the loan portfolio in Upstate NY from $100MM to over $500MM. Janet moved into her current role with National Accounts in 2024. Janet has more than 30 years at JPMorgan Chase and in the Commercial Banking space.
She holds a B.A. degree in Accounting (Cum Laude) from Nazareth College of Rochester, Rochester, NY. She lives in upstate NY (Syracuse) with her husband and has one daughter who is a senior at Youngstown State in Ohio playing Div I lacrosse and studying Business Administration with a minor in Marketing.
