Mrs Delpha DiGiacomo
Head of Zurich Claims Investigative Services, Zurich North America
Delpha DiGiacomo is a respected insurance professional with over 20 years in the Property and Casualty industry. She currently leads Zurich North America's Claim Investigative Services and serves as co-chair of the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud's Government Affairs Committee. In past roles Delpha was Chief Accountability Officer at Moss Corporation. Prior to this role, Delpha was at Travelers for many years serving in a variety of roles that included, AVP of Strategy Operations and Investigative Services Director. At other companies, Delpha held positions that included SIU team manager, medical investigator, litigation manager and litigation specialist. Delpha is also a published author and public speaker on leadership, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging issues.
