Ben is the co-chair of the American Bar Association's Real Property, Probate and Trust Division Committee on Digital Property, and co-chair of the Wisconsin subcommittee for Digital Property. In his practice, Ben advises individuals and fiduciaries throughout the estate planning and administration process, and assists business owners with developing succession and exit planning strategies. He frequently works with business owners to craft plans that facilitate the succession of business leadership to family members, business leaders and key employees.
