Thom has held various leadership positions in Finance and Accounting, including Accounting Manager, Controller, Director of Finance, and CFO. Thom's professional experience spans several industries, notably: healthcare, software, public venue management, and engineering. He is passionate about process perfection, documentation, and automation, as well as de-mystifying unnecessarily complicated financial matters for non-financial professionals. Thom graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Finance from Valdosta State University, and is a Certified Management Accountant accredited by the Institute of Management Accountants.
