Kathryn Horton is President of Kathryn K. Horton CPA PA based in Coral Springs, Florida. Kathryn is a nationally recognized leader in data analytics and performs audits and reviews of private companies and not-for-profit organizations. Kathryn was a recipient of the 2023 AICPA Outstanding Young CPA Award and recognized as a National 40 Under 40 Honoree by CPA Practice Advisor in 2022, 2021, 2020 and 2019. Kathryn serves on the Florida Institute of CPA's (FICPA) Board of Directors and is also a member of the AICPA Governing Council and FICPA Governing Council. Kathryn is a frequent conference speaker on data analytics and presents data analytics to accounting students at local universities. Kathryn was awarded the 2020 FICPA Emerging Leader Woman to Watch, a graduate of the Florida TaxWatch Citizenship Institute and a graduate of the AICPA Leadership Academy. Kathryn is an active member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and the Attorney and Accounting Networking Group of Florida. She also volunteers with the Salvation Army, Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Florida and Project Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
