Nicole Davis

Nicole Davis is the leader behind Conscious Accounting, formerly Butler-Davis, a firm whose mission is to help entrepreneurs engineer their best lives by operating financially fit businesses. Her expertise spans construction, independent pharmacies, and service-based industries.

Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Nicole sharpened her skills in corporate accounting, working for Fortune 500 companies like ConocoPhillips. That experience gave her the foundation to help small businesses operate like big businesses—efficiently, profitably, and with a plan.

Nicole is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Georgia Society of CPAs. She holds an MBA from the University of Tulsa and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Grambling State University. In 2024, she was named to the Forbes List of Top 200 CPAs in America, a testament to her dedication and influence in the profession. She currently serves as the Chair of the AICPA ENGAGE Practitioners Planning Committee, the AICPA’s Professional and Personal Liability Insurance Programs Committee, and member of the AICPA Tax Task Force. 

Beyond Conscious Accounting, Nicole is the managing partner of Delite Payroll and owns a specialty construction company based in Covington, Georgia.

Nicole and her husband, JW, reside in GA with five children. A natural storyteller, she shares her journey as a wife, mom, and CPA with an engaged social media following. When she’s not running businesses or advising entrepreneurs, you’ll find her traveling, writing, cooking, or enjoying a guilty pleasure reality TV binge (because life’s all about balance!).
