With the launch of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, Darren and his finance team have been busy. But the success of this work has been built on a culture of value partnering with the business. Hear Darren Snellgrove’s perspectives on the transformation he has made to his finance team to support Janssen R&D to bring innovation and solutions to patients. This involves many hats and many responsibilities, but none is more important than value creation. Other functions are increasingly turning to finance for support with critical decision making particularly when it comes to protecting and growing the value of the organization.
