This workshop will discuss the purpose of both Internal Control Testing and Compliance Testing. The question of when dual-purpose testing vs. separate testing of Internal Control and Compliance is more efficient or effective will be reviewed. This workshop will also cover what is meant by a “direct and material” compliance requirement.
