This session will lead attendees through the sales and F&I processes and discuss compliance requirements, pitfalls and the likely culprits of non-compliance. Attendees will also learn how implementing a compliance management system (CMS) will improve a dealer's compliance quotient. Topics will include:

• Best practices in place at public and large private automotive groups as a defense against potential regulatory claims or litigation
• The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau requirement that lenders servicing the automotive industry have a robust CMS in place (CMS components, including an independent review or audit, will be discussed)
