This workshop will focus on the elements and best practices of writing valuation and rebuttal reports. It is expected that the participants will learn the requirements of SSVS, including presentation techniques used by the presenters to emphasize key elements in the report. Since so many reports are prepared for litigation, the presenters will also provide participants with best practices for writing rebuttal reports to make sure that they are well-supported.
