During this hands-on session attendees will explore the expert's role at the beginning of the case requiring the employment of forensic techniques to identify potential issues with financial data in support of plaintiff's claims. Attendees will:

  • Understand preliminary information necessary to formulate a work plan
  • Identify the areas the forensic expert can evaluate through the use of financial and supporting data
  • Developing an organized approach to the analysis
