This session will cover the strategies and lessons learned on how the FDIC-assisted transactions are consummated, the related ongoing reporting requirements to the FDIC and the complexities of the accounting at acquisition date (Day 1) as well as going forward (Day 2) related to both the business combination and the loss sharing arrangements.
