10,000 people a day turn 65, 5 Million Baby Boomers retire each year, 130 million Americans are living with chronic illness. Every area of planning is affected by the aging of our client base: income tax planning, consulting, life insurance, investing, estate planning and more. This session will provide a practical overview of idea practitioners can use to serve this large and growing client segment.
Learning Objectives:
1. Learn how aging and chronic illness affect planning and how to address planning issues of these clients.
2. What roles CPAs as trusted advisers can play to safeguard and help clients aging clients, especially those affected by chronic illness and disability.
