Participants will learn the business case for male engagement in gender equality while integrating why it is good for both men and women. They will provide the "how to" for men, women, and organizational leaders who want to be intentional, inclusive, and excellent allies, leveraging mentorship, sponsorship, and workplace partnership to create a more diverse workforce. This session will explore the various ways in which panelists have engaged male leaders in their gender diversity efforts and accomplished tangible results.
