Afterwards you will then be broken into small discussion groups to share your own metrics and discuss your metric related strategies and challenges with your peers.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify Key Metrics: Participants will be able to identify specific metrics that have been most impactful and useful in driving success within CAS practices.
  • Evaluate Metric Effectiveness: Participants will evaluate the effectiveness of various metrics shared by CAS leaders, understanding which metrics have proven less effective and why.
  • Develop Metric Strategies: Participants will collaborate in small groups to develop strategies for implementing and refining metrics within their own practices, drawing on peer insights and shared experiences.
  • Address Metric Challenges: Participants will discuss common challenges related to metric implementation and management, and propose solutions to overcome these challenges in their CAS practices.
