Harnessing Expanded Awareness to Prepare for the Unexpected

This session will cover the principle of Expanded Awareness, the vantage point of expanded consciousness. Prepare for the unexpected by asking some Big Questions that no one is asking, the potential challenges they pose, leading indicators, and considerations for the boardroom. Objectives for this session are:

• Understanding the principle of Expanded Awareness — the coupling of knowledge with insights that provide a vantage point of expanded consciousness

• Using Expanded Awareness to improve one’s ability to prepare for the unexpected

• The Big Questions few are asking from a global systemic (integrated closed system) perspective, and the risk management leading indicators

• The Way Forward: sharing a new way to review old problems, and considerations for the board and management team
