In his capacity as Managing Director, Winston Howell handles all administrative responsibilities of Thomas Howell Ferguson. As a Tax Shareholder, he performs business and individual tax consulting in a variety of industries including business mergers and acquisitions and dispute resolution involving various state tax matters. Winston is the co-author of Tools for CPAs and has been a frequent speaker for continuing education courses. Winston also provides litigation support services including forensic analysis, expert testimony and settlement negotiations. He is a past President of the Florida Institute of CPAs Board of Governors and is Chair of the Practice Advisory Group. He is past Chair of the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce. Winston earned his Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of West Florida. Winston has received the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement (CEA) in business valuations.
