William Schwartzkopf PE, JD

William Schwartzkopf has been active in the construction industry for more than 40 years. He has worked directly for contractors, subcontractors and owners in management roles. Much of his career has involved detailed cost and schedule analysis. He is the author of Calculating Construction Damages, Aspen Publishing and Calculating Lost Labor Productivity in Construction Claims. He has provided expert testimony in more than 200 matters in Federal and State courts, in private arbitrations and international arbitrations in Canada, Mexico and Iceland. He has earned both a Bachelors of Science degree and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska and is a registered professional engineer and has been admitted to the Nebraska Bar (inactive).
