Billy is a business consulting professional with thirty plus years experience serving entrepreneurial start-up businesses as well as large multi-state and multi-national business groups. His experience covers a number of industries with concentration in Real Estate & Construction, Technology, and Manufacturing.
Following his graduation from Florida State University, Billy began his public accounting career with Arthur Andersen & Co. and later joined Ernst & Young LLP. After 15 years in the Big Eight/Big Four firm arena, Billy joined The LBA Group in Jacksonville Fl which grew expanded into BDO USA LLP in 2016.
Billy is a partner in BDO's Jacksonville, Florida office. His role there is the North Florida Tax Market Leader and National Tax Qualified Opportunity Zones Leader
