Will McDowell Vice President – Investor Relations Cigna Corporation Will McDowell is the Vice President of Investor Relations. In this role, he is Cigna's financial spokesperson to Wall Street, delivering our messages regarding operating results, business growth prospects, and strategy to the capital markets. Previously he served as a Senior Director within the Investor Relations team and held the positions of Controller, Chief Accounting Officer, and Director of Accounting Services for Cigna International. Will began his career with Cigna in 2001 as a Director of Accounting Services in Central Accounting. Prior to joining Cigna, McDowell served for 7 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in a variety of positions, most recently, Audit Manager. Will is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
