William H. Martin CPA

Prior to joining the OCC in September 2013 as a Professional Accounting Fellow, Bill was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP providing assurance and advisory services to banking and securities institutions. Current responsibilities include assisting with policy development for the supervision of national banks and federal savings associations and providing subject matter expertise on accounting and other regulatory matters. 

Bill is a CPA and is licensed in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington D.C. Bill is also a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Bill earned his Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
