Bill has represented exclusively employers and executives since he began his practice over a decade ago. Bill had a real job before he became a lawyer, working in human resources in the retail sector and also selling football equipment to teams throughout Florida. Bill serves as lead trial counsel on all kinds of employment-related cases in state and federal courts all over the country, and when he wants to have a good day, he performs training and seminars for clients on all issues necessary to protect companies from being subject to charges and lawsuits. Bill also has an active practice in enforcing and defending restrictive covenants and protecting trade secret and confidential information. Bill’s firm is over 700 lawyers strong, with offices throughout the country and in Europe. Bill was recently asked to take on the role of leader for the firm’s national staffing and PEO practice group. He is admitted to practice in the 8th, 10th and 11th circuit courts of appeal and in the Unites States Supreme Court. Bill has been named in Best Lawyers in America by US News and World Reports, and as a Top Lawyer in Florida by Florida Trend magazine. Bill grew up in Lakeland and worked for years with his father in their family business, where he learned the value of commitment to service and hard work. When Bill takes an occasional day off, he loves to spend time with his family, his precious Gators, and local performing arts organizations.
