Bill is a partner with Ernst & Youngs Valuation & Business Modelling. He joined Ernst & Young in 2004; Bill provides valuations and Business Modelling services for private and public companies for financial reporting, acquisitions, divestitures, fairness opinions, financings, reorganizations, dispute resolution, and option arrangements. During his career Bill has practice in Canada, in the United States and in Sweden within industry, boutique firm and international accounting firms.
Bill is a graduate of Laurentian University, a Chartered Business Valuator and a Chartered Accountant / Chartered Professional Accountant and presently serves as a director on the Board of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CICBV).
