Wes Williams CPA

Wes Williams has served as Chair of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant’s Professional Ethics Executive Committee (PEEC) since November 2009. Prior to that, he served as a member of PEEC, PEEC task forces, the Technical Standards Subcommittee, as well as the AICPA’s Joint Trial Board. He is a member of the IFAC Forum of Firms Transnational Auditors Committee, and has served on the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s Standing Advisory Group, Center for Audit Quality’s Professional Practice Executive Committee, and other professional groups. Wes is the Partner-In-Charge of Crowe Horwath LLP’s Ethics and Independence National Office. He participates in professional standard setting and implementation strategies for both United States and international standards.
