Ross a Solution Relationship Director at KPMG and a previous senior federal official and retired National Guard officer with over 30 years' experience in Public Safety and Emergency Management. Ross was unanimously confirmed by the United States Senate in 2007 as the Assistant Administrator for FEMA's Grant Programs Directorate where he administered and oversaw federal assistance funding in excess of $10.1 billion. He was asked by President Obama to remain in his post and oversee the allocation and administration of all of the DHS allocated ARRA funding. Prior to federal service, Ross founded The Templar Corporation in February of 2000 in order to provide real time information sharing solutions to public safety and security clients throughout the United States and Canada. Ross is a Red Cross volunteer and most recently led bulk food and water distribution on St John immediately following hurricanes Irma and Maria.
