Vincent Tophoff

Vincent H. Tophoff is senior technical manager at the Professional Accountants in Business Committee of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). He is a member of the Dutch institute of registered accountants. Tophoff recently developed the IFAC response to the consultation draft of the International Integrated Reporting Framework; a case study report, Integrating Governance for Sustainable Success; and a though paper on integrating risk management. He participates on behalf of IFAC in the COSO Advisory Council for the revision of the Enterprise Risk Management Integrated Framework, as well as in the ISO Project Committee that is revising the ISO 31000 Risk Management Standard. He also participates in the revision of the OECD Principles of Corporate Governance.
