Tyler Dorn

Tyler Dorn is a Partner in EY’s Assurance Services practice with over 17 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on SEC registrants. Tyler’s experience includes working with public companies in both international and domestic public markets as well as privately held and not-for-profit entities. Tyler has significant experience auditing multi-national organizations, SEC debt and equity offerings, and COSO 2013. Tyler spent over two years as an Accounting Fellow with the Edison Electric Institute and the American Gas Association where he worked with electric and gas utility companies across North America and Canada to monitor and develop industry consensus to emerging accounting and regulatory issues impacting the utility industry. He is a member of the AICPA and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also the Audit Committee Chair of the Protestant Episcopal Church Foundation and an active member of the Greater Washington United Way. Tyler graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Management. He currently resides in the Greater Washington D.C. area.
